How do I add or remove users?
Any Administrator can add or remove users (or other Admins) at any time by navigating to Admin in the drop-down menu in the top right. There is no charge for additional users.
How many users can I add with one license?
Each office can add an unlimited number of users at no additional cost per user.
How long before I can start reviewing estimates?
Right away. Just fill out the one Sign Up form (insert link) and you will receive an email to activate your account. As soon as you click to activate, you can review an Xactimate or Claims Connect (Symbility) PDF.
How fast can I expect a review to take?
Seconds. Just a few seconds for a typical job. For a job with thousands of line items - just go fill up your coffee and we’ll be done before you get back!
What are the AiME Compliance and Completeness scores?
The Compliance Score is a benchmark to see where you start and where you finish your estimates in terms of meeting Xactimate standards and carrier expectations. You can track your changes over time to see areas of opportunity.
The Completeness score is a benchmark that tracks how often you capture commonly associated/added line items.
The scores are not active for Claims Connect/Symbility files.
What file types does AiME review?
AiME reviews PDF reports. For Xactimate, the Rough Draft will deliver the best results from AiME. We review many Claims Connect/Symbility file formats too!
What can AiME do for me as a Carrier?
AiME can manage your rules database and ensure your adjuster and review teams operate with incredible consistency and efficiency. We’ll work with you to add your rules so that they never get missed.
