Scores fall between 0 and 10 and are calculated from the number and severity of the compliance and completeness issues raised in the estimate weighted to the total number of line items. Informational responses and low-severity items do not affect scores, while high and critical severity items will reduce your accuracy scores. You can reduce the severity of any issue by adding a note to the relevant line items in your estimate explaining why your item is appropriate.

How do I add or remove users?
Any Administrator can add or remove users (or other Admins) at any time by navigating to Admin in the drop-down menu in the top right. There is no charge for additional users.
How many users can I add with one license?
Each office can add an unlimited number of users at no additional cost per user.
How long before I can start reviewing estimates?
Right away. Just fill out the one Sign Up form (insert link) and you will receive an email to activate your account. As soon as you click to activate, you can review an Xactimate or Claims Connect (Symbility) PDF.
How fast can I expect a review to take?
Seconds. Just a few seconds for a typical job. For a job with thousands of line items - just go fill up your coffee and we’ll be done before you get back!
